1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

At Kaiph Cosmetics, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

✅ The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✅ Requests for returns/exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving the product.
✅ The product must not be damaged or altered in any way.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened cosmetic products unless there is a manufacturer defect or the wrong item was sent.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
❌ Opened or used cosmetics & skincare products.
❌ Items purchased on sale, promotion, or clearance.
❌ Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

📦 If eligible, securely pack the product and send it to our return address:

🚚 Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 8-10 business days.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
• Once approved, refunds will be processed via bank transfer, store credit, or original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
